Uno dei titoli più attesi di questo 2022 dalla community Nintendo è il sequel di The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Nonostante il silenzio da parte della casa di Kyoto, iniziano ad emergere alcune informazioni grazie ad alcuni giornalisti.

Paul Gale è un giornalista che tratta videogiochi sul proprio sito Web e ha lavorato con molti altri punti vendita di videogiochi nel corso degli anni. Sul sito è apparso il post “Il nome del sequel di Botw è (era) The Legend of Zelda: Breath of Duality“:
“According to the intel, the sequel to BotW and its main hook is right in the name, which establishes on the “Breath” familiarity from the 2017 hit and giving a nod to the fact that you can play as more than the aforementioned title’s Link (including various, polar themes), hence “Duality”.
Duality between character abilities, on land and floating regions, past and present, darkness and light, etc. (The individual did note that this name was seen a considerable amount of time ago, supposedly, and could have been one of many template titles.)
(…) If real, it does make sense as to why Nintendo and Mr. Eiji Aonuma have been so hush-hush on the title. If fake or not final-yet-close to what the actual name ends up being, this still makes for an interesting topic to discuss.”
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of Duality
Il giornalista fa riferimento al nome The Legend of Zelda: Breath of Duality come possibile titolo del sequel di The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Per dualità si intende quella che esiste tra terra ferma e terre nel cielo, passato e presente, luce e oscurità, ecc…
Il doppio non è un elemento nuovo alla serie, inoltre, anche vedendo i trailer rilasciati fino ad ora, l’atmosfera che si respira sembra essere molto diversa da quella del primo capitolo. Al momento però si tratta solo di rumor, aspettiamo novità da parte di Nintendo, magari proprio durante questo E3 2022!
